Kalamata Olive Paste/Tapenade
This olive paste is made from the Kalamata olive and is delicious eaten on it’s own or used as a spread on crackers or bread.
These olive fruits used to make this paste come from old trees of a local and unique variety and are collected one by one after ripening.
Then they are processed and kept according to the local traditional method without preservatives. They are a rich source of monounsaturated fat.
100 grams per piece.
Ingredients: Olive oil with kernel, extra virgin olive oil, dried tomato, oregano, vinegar.
